Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions! I do agree with many other reviews regarding the long wait time. I was in the waiting room with my baby approximately 1.5 hours past my appointment time. That definitely gave me anxiety trying to keep my baby content, but other than that, everyone was kind and helpful.

Was extremely rude, waited forever, they called the incorrect name then claimed they called the correct name. I went up there to ask if they called my name they said they called it 2 times then made me get to the end of the line and when I finally got up there the lady didn't apologize or anything. Who ever is running this place needs to find a different job

they rarely, if ever, call you back for anything over the phone even if you call them first they never call back. You may have an appointment time but thats more like a suggestion, be prepared to wait a long time past your appt time(they are always “short staffed” or give some BS excuse). The building is run down and dirty looking inside. People on WIC dont get any privacy, they want your financial details, address stuff, card issues to be addressed IN the waiting room, so everyone can hear your conversations with the person at the window.

The best experience ever! I think people often focus on the negatives but rarely talk about the positives. I went in for a procedure not knowing if it would actually happen, but they ended up doing it and it was a blessing! From the moment I walked in to check in, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and sweet. I waited about 5 minutes before I was called to a window to answer some questions. The girl there was kind and treated me so nicely. After that, I waited another 5 minutes before the nurse called me in. When I tell you she was so comforting and amicable, I mean it! She asked the necessary questions and was incredibly professional while still being funny and warm. Then came Mrs. Wendy and Lori, who took care of me during the procedure and wow! They’re the best. They calmed me down and kept talking to me so I wouldn’t be scared. Mrs. Wendy performed the procedure, and it was quick and painless. Lori was definitely an angel, so sweet and attentive, helping me stay relaxed and distracted. This team is amazing! My experience was absolutely a great one!!!

There are only a few select people there that actually listen and are decent everybody else is either rude or doesnt care. They also do not answer their phones when they first open most days, and keep saying it is closed, even though it is clearly open. One of the WIC recertification ladies is not properly trained in how to prick a baby/toddler for a blood draw overall they need better people and better training
