This place is a total joke. They dont care about your case at all. You are a number to them. They dont want o help you at all. They employ inexperienced magistrates who just want to collect a check . They dont care about hearing the person or litigant speak facts they just want to “rubber stamp” everything. It’s probably the worst probate court in the us. They really need to clean things up and listen to what people have to say. Everything is one sided ,and not a fair place to resolve an issue. I hope they can get things together and work for the victims instead of just rubber stamping everything just to get it down and move on t the next case. Very sad place.

One of the worst government services ever existed. Several weeks ago I tried to pre-register Marriage License appointment. I have some questions related to required documents and hiring officiant. I could not reach out to anyone at all. All the numbers I called left me on voicemail they never listen to. I moved on and several weeks have passed. I tried to call them again, 3 different phone numbers and finally get to talk to some one. But I'm telling you, she sounded so rude and like didn't even care about their jobs at all. The 7 minutes 40 seconds call consisted of over 5 minutes being on hold and when she picked up, right away giving me a huge sigh about how I am a non-Ohio resident and my fiance being a Canadian. My mom lives in Ohio so I wanna get married close to her location. I just feel sad. It's a Marriage county probate but the customer service feels as if I am talking to a mortuary or funeral services. She quickly gave me 2 phone numbers belong to officiant because the judge there would not be able to do my ceremony because I am not an Ohio citizen. I am in a military and travel to out of states a lot so is it wrong to get married where my mom resides, in Ohio? I still had a question left to ask but she abruptly hung up the phone call in the middle of me asking the question. That part was just beyond rude. If your energy is that negative, please for God sake don't work in a marriage bureau. It's just sad and makes people's "supposedly happy feeling and moments" ruin into small pieces.
