At Right at Home we help dozens of seniors every day from 4 offices in Cuyahoga County and our Health Dept allocated us a ration of emergency PPE, like gowns and face shields and masks, to help keep our home health aides and clients at highest risk from Covid safer in their homes which also minimized the impact of the pandemic on their families. Plus they set up free vaccination sites, contact tracing, and shared accurate & timely health info.

I had an exceptional experience with CCBH. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and provided thorough, compassionate care. A special thanks to the assistant who helped with translating, as well as Trina , the receptionist, and Nurse Gayle, who were both very nice. I highly recommend CCBH to anyone seeking high-quality healthcare services. Thank you, CCBH, for your dedication and outstanding service!

I will keep this short and sweet. I posted a review on the nursing home my father was in 6 months ago. Explaining how awful the treatment was at the facility etc. I was told to call the dept of health as well as an ombudsman for the area. Well after a dozen or so calls to both I got no response and now my father has passed away. I am obviously more angry and mad than ever. And all I’ve gotten the entire time is more people not doing there job and more and more people passing the buck on down the line. This entire process over the passed few years has proven that the state county and local departments involved do not care about your family they do not care to get them better and they do not care how they are being taken care of. All they care is they are getting paid. The state health and county health departments are a joke and have never to this day responded to any of my calls. Apparently they just want people to handle it on there own. So tell me you killed my father. What would be equal justice here?!?!

Tried to call about an experience that sent me to urgent care. Was sent 2xs to a voice mail that was not monitored it said then disconnected and transferred the last time to a line that never stopped ringing. Don’t bother

I was approved for the lead abatement program. CCBH took $7200 from me BEFORE the contractor they chose came to do work. I basically got pooped, 17 jammed in windows, air, bugs coming in, pane broken, gaps in the wood, awful, damage to property and the biggest issue, CCBH paid the contractor Paragon CMS anyway. CCBH got their lawyer to fight me tooth and nail to not have to fix the windows. The company removed door frames etc and left me to patch and paint, broke my floor tiles putting in doors, they didn't care. BEWARE if you go through this program, hopefully you'll get a different contractor. And have an attorney look over contract. They need more oversight because they're not given proper information.
