Simply horrible, tried to get an appt for a TB test. Called 4x and left 2 voicemails. Contacted the Martinsville, VA. office. They answer the phone at first attempt AND set me up an appointment.

I called because I was suffering from food poisoning from the KFC on Memorial Drive in Danville VA but no one answered. I left a voicemail. Update, it have been a month since my food poisoning and this horrible "health department" never even called me back. I called because I wanted to help keep others from getting so terribly sick but this place obviously couldn't care less.
