I've had so many more negative interactions with this office then positive. They are very quick to call and then hang up on you. If you try to call back just a second after missing a call from them, you can forget actually getting a human on the phone, then you may have to wait 48 hours for them to take the time to call you back. I had a miscarriage 2 years ago, and when I informed them I had lost the baby, I was called and emailed multiple times just a week after having a medical procedure because of it where they demanded documentation to prove I had miscarried. Absolutely ridiculous and callous human beings to harass a grieving mother like that.
