Next time you trespass after one knock. Make sure you dont leave my side gate open. If one of my American Bulldogs would have caught you trespassing on a paid for property of a U.S. Marine combat vetetan. My dogs and myself aren't very cordial to unexpected guests. Next time please notify us for everyone's safety. I won't be so cordial to unexpected persons digging up my backyard inspecting my septic tank next time. Yours truly, Corporal Gilllaim, 2nd amphibious assualt. Marine corps. Iraq combat veteran.

The darker county health department is always a trustworthy source of information. I had my home tested for asbestos, lead and radon through their environmental division. They also helped keep my septic tank up to date and give vaccinations that are fully covered by my insurance. Whenever I do electric or plumbing improvements, getting a permit and inspection done has always been easy and reasonably priced.

Let's just say , you certainly would not want the service my subdivision received. I know it's a sad day when you give your local Health Department a one star rating, because of the actions of two employees. But you know the old saying, one bad apple can spoil the whole barrel. we need to get rid of the rotten apples, before they corrupt the whole barrel. Darke County can do better.

Darke County Health Department has some of the friendliest staff I've met. These people enjoy their career path and it truly shows. From the nursing staff to the environmental division. The O&M Sewage Inspector, I think his name was Zach, he's a very sweet guy and really explained how my leach field septic system functioned. I would have never known to switch my leach lines if it wasn't for him and he showed me how important it is to properly maintain the tank itself. Darke County is pretty large and they are doing very well with handling the situation one house at a time! I really respect their level of care and initiative!

Great place to get your birth certificate.take a right on Garst street, drive to end of street, building on your left. Office is right inside doors. Look for the sign that says "Birth and Death certificates." Service was quick and only cost 25 dollars.
