Extremely slow response time, takes multiple calls and leaving messages to get an answer to a pretty simple question.

I went here to apply for my daughters birth certificate and they were just absolutely amazing to work with. They were very helpful in making sure I was able to get all the paper work don't that I needed to and also working it out so that my husband could come in and sign even after their normal hours. Great Job!

Why does everyone in this state want to tell you no? No one seems to offer any guidance or anything. Just "no." Even if you're begging for help with your ill child. It's disgusting. These people have been rude both times I've called and I have 20 years in customer service and have been super kind. Maybe try "we can't help, but here's an idea" next time. Stop being so heartless. Have to twist an arm to try and get info out of them about who will say "yes... I will help your ill child." This is for the "Well Child Clinic"

I know that not everyone there is probably like this but I had a very bad experience on the phone with someone from here. In which they basically told me I should think about who I vote for next time I’m in the voting booth, and that then people would not be in office that can say covid positive people would only be recommended to quarantine, without knowing me at all. Also very rudely implying I should be watching the news. I stay away from news for my own mental health lately ):

We recently had a new water heater installed and we got a letter saying we needed to get it inspected and to call to schedule the inspection. We have called multiple times and you HAVE to call between 8-9am ONLY and then they will only see if they have someone available that day and if they don't, they tell you to call back tomorrow. They will NOT let you schedule in advance. This makes it impossible for us to get an inspection scheduled and completed.
