This is the absolute WORST place to conduct probate matters whether in person or on the phone. They don't want to listen to you when you ask questions to clarify. Try to get you off the phone or out of the office and send you round and round in circles. The heavy set lady in the office and the lady that schedules on the phone both lack patience and care in dealing with the public. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL!!! And you supposedly serve the public...... SHAMEFUL!! If I could give lower than 1 star I definitely would
