Sylvia was the sweetest lady and was so full of information for me. Tiffany was my nutritionist who was so nice and helpful. I loved my experience with them!

I was talked to in a manner that made me feel I was being a burden. I asked a simple question to the lady who was doing insurance and appointments in the back. She was very short with me and embarrassed me. I was trying to explain the nurse had told me to stop in at 9 and I could get the oral vaccine that was unavailable the day before at the Darlington location. She said I would be in and out with no wait. She told me in a very short manner you do have an appointment because I’m the one who made it. Then abruptly turned around and walked away quickly. 2nd time I spoke with her, she said she would ask the nurse about it, but was very snarky. The nurse came out and said I have to wait my turn. I told her that fine I don’t have a problem waiting. The lady that was in the back smacked her leg turned around abruptly again and shook her head at me. I was in tears by her response to my conversation by then and told the nurse I didn’t feel comfortable staying and I would like to call my pediatrician who originally suggested I try the health department since they didn’t have our infants vaccines on hand. I thought maybe they would possibly have the oral vaccine I needed. They didn’t so I stuck it out. I calmed down and got myself pulled together. A short time later the nurse called us back. The lady in the back was in the nurses room when I went in. She quickly turned around and said as she was exiting well I don’t want to be in here for that! I don’t have time for that. I had said nothing. I started crying so hard. She really hurt my feelings. I did talk to the manager about her actions, but I feel she will not take accountability and will continue with the same behavior. I will not return. I felt belittled, embarrassed and hurt.

Will not certify their own documents. My daughter went here to get a full copy of her vaccination records, and to have a college form filled out confirming certain vaccines had been received. The nurse gave her 2 vaccines while she was there, but the nurse, Tamara Lampley, wouldn’t sign her form for college. Her excuse: “Because changes could be made to it after she signed it.” The form has to match the actual vaccine record that she’s turning in! It’s idiotic. The signature on the form only certifies that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Yet she refuses to verify the records they just provided her?
