Every single time I go there to register a new vehicle or do any kind of business with them they find a problem. They play favorites. If you’re popular they’ll do whatever you want no questions asked. If your poor white trash they’re gonna find a reason not to give you tags. Punk bi****s

Recently moved to TN, and after the horrible 2 hour wait at the DMV to get my driver's license, I expected the same painfully wait and hassell here. This was not the case. Super friendly staff and I was in and out super fast. Thank you Rhonda for being so kind!

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Some very nice ladies at this location who guided me through the entire process. No long lines. I was in and out in no time at all. Thanks ladies for all your help! You are appreciated! ❤️

Since the posting capabilities for the library site is blocked I’ll leave my review here. This is the second visit for my sons truck. 1st visit was horrible. They could not or would not tell him what he needed for his title since it was a trust vehicle. We had to reach out to a city we use to live in for help. They were very helpful. Today we returned. All documents in had and they could not question anything just gave us our title. I split the rating to a 3 because of the two visits. I would encourage whomever the register of deed is to police their offices. A sign posted in plain few “ I would agree with you but then we would both be wrong” set the tone for this group. Very poor reflection.

15 minutes from walking in the door to walking out with a completely retitled and licensed vehicle. It would have been shorter but the clerk helping me was so wonderful and pleasant that we actually had a little conversation. Not typical of the service you receive from a bureaucratic entity
