Lazy DR. You'd be better off scheduling an appointment. Honestly don't know why they advertise walk-ins since they only do three a day. I can't stand when doctors take up spaces at places like this when they can actually hire a physician that genuinely wants to help their patients.

The new location is a very small building with a tiny parking lot. You may have to park at the small apartments across the way. Not far. The lady at the desk never looked up from her phone call to even say just a minute or hold on a sec while I was waiting at the window. She just kept talking as the line formed behind me. I didn't listen in but it didn't seem like business and she wasn't in a hurry to get to us. I promise she didn't look up ONCE. Luckily for me a saw a flyer on the counter with the info I needed and left. Not so lucky thing is I drove out of the way to this location and never spoke to a person. I would have called but you can't get a person on the phone..

I honestly don’t like the customer service here. I had an appointment scheduled for pregnancy Medicaid and when I got there, they said they cancelled my appt because the case manager called in sick and they only had one case manager. Very unprofessional. I had to reschedule and take another day off work. When I finally arrived to my new appt I waited for over an hour because she “forgot” she had another client. Then as I’m sitting in her tiny office during my appoint she’s on the phone with her brother and eating. Did not acknowledge me besides tell me to have a seat. Assistance in Georgia needs a whole new renovation of staff and training as well as experienced individuals in customer service.

Ms. Carmen Benton was great . I went in for pregnancy medicaid, she was able to get me in and out in less than an hour. Staff had a scheduling issue, and overbooked the medicaid coordinator. She still made it her business to make sure that I was seen and left assisted

I had great service here the other day, it was thorough & quick & everyone I encountered was pleasant. The office just looks a bit dated but that’s about it. . Everyone seemed in a good mood & no one was ever rude at any time. . It’s very hard to get good customer service any where in clay co.. so I appreciated that a lot. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I ended up paying a bit to much than what I was told on the phone. 🤷🏽♀️.
