I don't know why, but every time I go here there is a sarcastic old lady who looks at me like a dog and makes the situation difficult. I think that there are people who, if they are not used to receiving people of different nationalities or different types, should not occupy certain positions, but thanks to those people who try to help knowing that people from all over come to these offices.

Rude, always rude. I had to get the first copy of my daughter’s birth certificate. They wouldn’t allow me to use her dad’s debit card since she said we “aren’t married.” I said we are married. She said she needed the certificate for proof. Again, this is to use my daughter’s father’s debit card for her own birth certificate. A marriage license. Very difficult at the front desk typically. She has blond hair, older. Never wears a name tag. After awhile she said “this is policy.” I said, I would like to see the policy. “Well I don’t think it’s written.” They searched and never found it. To recap: it was easier to obtain a birth certificate than to pay for it. They said there has been fraud. They need to see my marriage certificate not to issue the birth certificate - but to pay for it. They even kept a copy of my document. It seems it was because of another reason.

Believe the comments, the receptionist is SO RUDE!!! Every time I have gone it’s the same receptionist that is extremely mean and sarcastic. I arrived here at 3:45, the receptionist very rudely told me that they can’t help me because they close at 4:00. So many bad reviews over reception, you think they would fix the issue:( Every other staff member I’ve had contact with is always so nice and understanding, wish that type of energy was met at the door!!! The most important place!!!
