I just don’t understand why no one never pick up the phone. I’ve called for hours all day and no answer. Trying to reschedule my kids appointment. This is ridiculous

Never answer phone never called a medical facility and I have to hold for hours or I'm told they will call me back

I’ve had my kids assigned to them for 5 years and not once been able to make an appointment with them. No matter when I call I never get a call back. Absolutely don’t even think this place does business. My son has a broken tooth and I’m trying to find another dentist now.

I spoke to Gina today and the hold time was less than a minute. She helped me schedule dentist appointments for both of my children which was a huge help and made my day. She was kind and professional.

It did take them a very long time to answer the phone. That can happen with any of the offices (dental or medical) run by the health department, though, due to them being massively understaffed. So when you call, just keep letting it ring. That's what I do. I call and I dont hang up till someone answers. It took 2 mins before someone picked up, but once she did, she was friendly and helpful. :)
