Called and called, multiple times on multiple days. Gave up and just went in, hoping they'd do a walk in. I asked the lady at the desk if they do immunizations, and she said not anymore, without looking up from her cell phone. No redirection, let alone a hi or bye. It was bizarre.

Information was easily obtained and once all gathered and submitted the process was smooth and efficient.

At the advice of my dr at the north foster clinic, I brought my partner for treatment and the receptionist was short of rude and dismissed us since we had no appointment. I was told you take walk ins so we were first in line at 8am. This is my second bad experience at this clinic and not only we will not be back, I will not recommend it to anyone.

Some people at the office had come down with covid so I decided to get tested. I stopped by thursday morning, filled out the paperwork, and got the test. It wasnt the rapid test so I dont have the results yet but the staff was friendly and professional and I was out of there within twenty minutes.

Environmental Health Services is one of the offices in the building here. They close during lunch time when most people are actually available to take care of stuff. How ridiculous is that. They can't find one extra employee to rotate lunches with to make sure the whole office doesn't have to close down for an hour (12 - 1)? Ridiculous! And they also close at 3:30 which is way before most people even get off work so there is no chance of making it after work. Edit: it is now 1:10 and they still aren't open.
