There's usually hardly anyone there except for the employees of course, so there's never really much of a wait time (depending on what time of the year it is).

Everyone in the office was so pleasant!! It was refreshing to have such a great experience. The lady that helped with passports was knowledgeable and seemed to work meticulously to ensure everything was correct to avoid delays in processing. The employees who walked by smiled and said hello. The customer service was outstanding and stood out! I realize working in a busy, public environment can be exhausting and perhaps even try patience. This visit was at the end of the work day and everyone remained professional, helpful and kind. Side note: For reference, our passports arrived within 3 weeks. I paid to expedite one of the two. Both arrived on the same day. This may be an anomaly though.
