So I have no insurance(coming in) and I have synchronic hemorrhage in my second trimester and have been bleeding for the past two months straight not one day has passed. I have had to go to the ER for care cause I have no insurance and after some research and traveling from a place to place, I found that Fayetteville health department has possible presumptive eligibility for Medicaid emergency assistance which means that they can approve me for Medicaid for at least 60 days until DFCS make a decision ;This way way I can still have my ultrasound, and prenatal care appointments. Miss Jasmine, Miss Joanne Mathis and the manager at the physical therapy suite have done over and beyond a blessing for me and my unborn child they have made what has been very stressful and discouraging process a whole new feeling of happiness joy in a relief with me being able to get care for my baby and myself . I am so grateful and God I hope bless them abundantly for their sweet, patient and great communication that they offer for me. They helped me so much and was very understanding and provide provided me with an stress-free visit. They gave me a whole new feeling of happiness joy and relief with me being able to get care for my baby and myself I am so grateful and understanding and provided me with a stress-free process. They are under staff and they still took care of me with grace patient and with a smile. note: I came by without an appointment and they squeeze me in I was there from 10am-12:20pm but walked out approved and happy that I didn’t mind the time because of great service

I rarely do reviews, but when something stands out to me, I have to speak up. I was extremely impressed with everything about my first visit to the Fayette County Health Department! It was so easy to get an appointment. I completed my check in paperwork on a very easy to use form the day before. At arrival, the office was so easy to find and so clean. I checked in at the kiosk and was kindly greeted by Ms. Jasmin. She got all the necessary information and even gave some words of encouragement about my nursing school journey. From there I met Ms. Marie, RN, who was just as nice. Finally I checked out with Ms. Bernice who was so kind with the sweetest smile. I can honestly say this was by far THE BEST health department experience I’ve ever had!!

I called the wrong location and was very rude and upset because the information I had gotten from the other location was different from the Fayetteville location, but the woman that does the scheduling for the Fayetteville location was very sweet and understanding she helped me to get an appointment scheduled without any hesitation despite my attitude. Today was my childs appointment and the service was excellent and I got to apologize face to face to the woman who scheduled us and I told her how great her customer service was and to keep up the good work. With that being said I give this clinic a 5 star oh and I forgot to mention I am not from GA I am from MS. Again the staff are great, they greet you with a smile and overall I felt so welcomed so again thank you all at the Heath Department in Fayetteville

The service was great! I'm actually looking forward to returning. After many years of having to go to the health dept in College Park, Adamsville and others due to no insurance, I was dreading the appt. I had fo get vaccinations quickly for my job and decided to go with a different location out of convenience and I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent customer service from the front desk to the nurses. Everyone was helpful, polite and informative. The facility was clean and appts were back to back but not double booked. The kiosk didnt have my husband's information for the online scheduling and it was not a problem. They honored his appt and we were served immediately . I appreciate Nurse Jessica and Cust Rep Jasmine for treating us with dignity, respect and kindness.
