Apparently they close at 4:30 but don't answer phones after 4:20. Oh well, Jamestown Health Dept didn't answer their phone either at 4:10.

Called to get my immunization records and they have lost them. Rather than be helpful person on the phone said I could check with the board of education and that I had been there before she started working there. Accepted no responsibility. Good to know they are in charge of such important records.

The direct nursing staff I experienced have zero accountability for their mistakes. LPN botched my blood draw. Time will tell the extent of the nerve damage. Inflated heads who pretentiously think they know it all with no humility. Unimpressed to say the least. I would recommend finding competent healthcare elsewhere (Nurse had the nerve to say I was being difficult. No unprofessional goofballs, your ineptitude to do your job properly was the difficult part, now I have an injury because of you) Pretentious titles don't make you invincible to scrutiny. EVERYONE is ACCOUNTABLE !!!
