Have has bad experience. With one of the front desk ladys (kim) hateful, disrepectful. You call up there. And asking for some one ot to make a appointment. And she huffs around and very disrespectful. I have been waiting to get my lab results and the the nurse. have have not. Time to look at them yet that was on (Monday) today is Thursday. And i called up there to see if thwy would give me my lab results. And of course. I got that (kim) lady and she trys telling me that they cant give them lab results over the phone. 5 mins later guess what they final called me back on my results

They have a new schedule system on the computer that doesn't work. They have messed up my apt 3 times now. I hate getting my 4 month old out in the cold and rain unless I have to. Only reason I still go is because of one nurse that is great with helping with breast feeding.

I think they provide very good care. Every person working there is friendly and efficient. I never have waited over 30 minutes for an appointment and most of the time i get in within 10 minutes.
