Don’t do nothing but sit all day ! It’s honestly sad they take advantage of their jobs and hardly do anything. I was disappointed by the lack of communication, follow-up, and assistance from the office staff. My concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and I felt unsupported throughout the process. I have experienced delays and a lack of proactive assistance from the office staff, they told me they was full on the phone but didn’t know I was already parked outside in there empty parking lot. When I went in that’s when they felt the pressure to try and start working. The office appears to have deficiencies in workflow, responsiveness, and patient care coordination. Communication and patient service at this practice have been consistently lacking. This is a small town but these workers are taking advantage of that and really not putting NO EFFORT IN WORKING.
