Monday's hour of operations are from 8:30am to 5pm. I called at 9:30am and was asked to leave a voicemail because I was calling after hours...

Usually government offices are the worst but I had great experience today. Was helped by these 2 nice ladies one with blonde hair and another with red hair around 4pm and both were very nice. Did what I needed to do was in/out in 20 min.

I understand that Covid has caused a lot of disruption to everyone's normal schedule but I expect more from the Framingham City Offices. When you have three varying office hours posted online, your automated answering services and at the physical location then you have a problem and are not doing your best to serve your people. I hope someone sees this and takes initiatives to align the various resources and make sure the correct office hours is posted. We are all not all privileged to be able to come and go from work. Thank you for listening...if anyone is even reading this.

I've had to come here for various reason a number of times in the past couple of weeks and the staff have been nothing but amazing friendly and helpful. Weird to say, but I almost wish I had more reasons to visit!
