Very pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable about laws and forms needed for homes. Open late on Wednesdays.

The trash people who run Ashland think they run the world. Everyone in this building consistently taking fat dumps all over my rights as a person living in a town in America.

Can’t speak to all departments but every time I have to see the town clerk I leave feeling completely disrespected. I don’t know if I remind her of someone who’s wronged her in the past, or if she’s rude to everyone, but she treats me like I’m stupid every time. It’s really hard to walk in there and do business with someone so condescending.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The building itself is very nice and well maintained.

The Ashland town clerks office is fine! Its the non-stop town spending that is causing real estate taxes to sky-rocket and other town costs to be unbearable. Traffic is horrible, and the town lets the building go on endlessly while town citizens bear the vast burden of builders getting rich. The town meeting is undemocratic. Tax, tax, tax... Stop the town manager from non-stop spending!
