It's exhausting dealing with them. When I moved in I had a notice saying the aeration system passed. About a month later after I owned the house they said "no more warnings " they were shutting me down. Problem is I didn't even know the system wasn't working because I had a notice saying it passed! I can do nothing to fix this and either can you.

Staff was amazing! Nicole and Pauline were so wonderful with my son. Very patient yet swift when he was ready. She even printed a nicer copy of his vaccination records! Fully recommend going here for vaccinations. Parking was even great despite being downtown!

Sent an application and check to receive an order for our sons birth certificate a while back. Never received it, but the check was cashed. Made multiple attempts to get ahold of someone about the application with no answer or call back, and chalked the delayed sending of the birth cert to covid and staffing. We finally getting ahold of the office today, they told me no application was received, but the check was cashed. We passed the '60 day policy' window to receive the birth cert we paid for. The individual I spoke with brushed off the fact that my wife and I made attempts to find the birth cert for our son, along with stating that the 'application goes through many hands, and the check is cashed by someone else', taking zero responsibility. The FC public health pretty much received, 'stole', $25 without any responsibility.

Went to the Covid Vaccine site set up at Morse road. The process was exceptionally efficient and well-staffed. Every single person was friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment on 1/6 took a total of 37 minutes, 30 of which was spent being monitored for any reaction I might have after receiving the vaccine. The normal monitoring is 15 minutes. They asked that I stay longer due to history of med allergies. Note: the only side effects were a sore arm for two days and a mild headache which resolved with Tylenol. Kudos to the Administrators and team on developing and executing a great plan!

As of 5/9/25, the health inspections will no longer be updated and posted online. If you want to view inspection reports of local restaurants, pools, or spas after that, you now have to make a request for each one. This is due to new software under the Ohio Health Department, according to the website. This new software is geared towards helping contractors get set up quickly and easily. Kind of like how the old system let the public view inspections: quickly and easily. There is an option to submit complaints, however you must provide some specific details and then certify your complaint before you can submit. Then what? How is this better? SMH. Just bring back the online access to view updated inspections.
