After saying to me that home visit and phone call is optional, they let their nurse showed up at my door without an appointment or permission from me. Sorry but not sorry im not opening my door to someone i have not agree to open my door to. I’ve done my job as a parent to get my child’s lab work done and get better. All they ever done is ask the same useless questions everytime they called me or visit my child at home. Waste tax payers money for these fresno county nurses. Useless nurses that they think they know better but all they do is use the same redundant questions again and again. Who do they think they are??? You asked me is it okay for you to call me, but never did i ever said im gonna call you back… cuz its pointless talk until we see the results of the lab work.

The apartments that I used to live in were filthy. The units were infested with roaches, bed bugs, and water bugs. The managers dare plus the maintenance wouldn't do anything to get rid of the infestation of bugs and I feel like those apartments should be shut down

When I lodged a very serious complaint against the rehab facility I was in the health department representative would not allow me to send my written documentation or photos of the conclusive evidence of my complaint. I asked him to call my home health nurse which he did and he left a voicemail message for him to return his phone call. My nurse called back and had to leave a message for him and the health department representative never returned his call. My complaint was lodged after I was emergency discharged from the rehab facility because my health and welfare were highly impacted. After the health department “investigated” they sent us a one page letter simply stating that my complaint was unfounded. We originally called the health department at the insistence of two of my doctors who were alarmed by the negligent and abusive care I received at Willow Creek Rehab Center in Clovis.
