I spoke to someone over the phone in regards to setting up an appointment for a young lady who is in need of assistance. She has just found out that she is pregnant but does not have insurance or a source of income. The person I spoke to was very helpful and provided great information. Working for organizations that provide services to the community can be very difficult. I am very thankful for places like Garland County Health Department.

I called office to inquire about obtaining death certificates. These people are so polite, answered all my questions and have a wealth of knowledge. Yes - they can obtain vital records - saving the trip to Little Rock!. Stopped in the next day, was met by Rachel in Vital Records who assisted us in filling out a simple form. We made payment (very reasonable) and walked out with certified 4 death certificates, all within 20 minutes. Thank you GC PH department for providing us this service!

Don't try to get a birth certificate after 3pm. They don't know how to use their machines after a bank deposit. Bad business model

There is no excuse for how disgusting and dirty that place is. Unreal. They’re better off throwing away the toys in that place, I was appalled. The floors in the exam room were covered in hair and dirt and whatever else. And we were the first appointment, so if it was being cleaned regularly that should not have been the case. So disappointing.
