Woman at the front desk is rude as hell. Had an 8:00 appointment on 1/21/26. Walked in and didn’t realize the window at the end was open because she didn’t say anything and the window has mirror tint so I barely saw her. Then the TV is so loud, I didn’t hear her say anything so when she told ms again, she sharply said “I need you to sit down so we can get you checked in.” Then she asked about the emergency contact(which is usually a secondary contact) and i asked if I was the main contact and with an attitude she said “That’s why I asked.” And sneered when she had to go back and correct it.
