There is one very good councilor there that really cares about you. The doctor there doesn't know enough to really care about you in my opinion only. They need more councilors like her.

The workers here are pretty nice, but this has to be the SLOWEST moving place I’ve ever seen. My appointment was at 9:00am. I arrived 15 minutes early just because I knew I’d have to fill out paperwork (and no I’m not a new client to this place). I have been here for over 30 minutes and have not been seen yet. What takes the cake is that I’m the ONLY client here. So I have no idea what is taking them so long to call me to the back. It’s absolutely ridiculous. So if you plan to come here, the service is great, but be prepared to wait FOREVER to get seen.

Honestly, I’m giving five stars because every time I come here I have a pleasant experience with my nurse. Personally, It’s a lot better than going to Georgetown Tidelands Women’s Health because it’s easier to make appointments and someone always answers my calls. I even called today and got scheduled three hours later because of an availability which is exactly what I needed after not getting a call back from tideland in two weeks.
