They are extremely rude, even answering the phone seems to be a chore. They would rather gossip than assist people and you will be waiting hours for things that simply take a few minutes. I am aware most clinics have a wait, but the time they take is ridiculous even when they aren’t busy. You can hear them talking about other patients in their gossip and I understand that can happen but they are saying it loud enough for everyone to hear. I’ve never seen people that have the chip on their shoulder that these people seems to have. They use this clinic as a place of fun and games instead of what it is there for. I feel sorry for everyone who has no other choice, but to go through them.

Doctors/ nurse practitioner are amazing other staff in front is terrible . They act like you inconvenience them for doing their job. Asked one a question but she was too busy in her book and the other in her phone then got an attitude when they had to put it down to do their job. I’m not supposed to do a lot of walking due to heavy medicine I’m taking and one lady got a attitude because I didn’t want to walk around the building when my room was next to where I came in . We will go somewhere else . Just a shame good doctors/ nurse practitioners but the people in the front got poor attitudes.

Through a mistake I though my appointment I could pick up my INSULIN but they said I NEEDED an appointment for the next day even though I have picked it up on the same day before. So I am being denied INSULIN. The nurse even had a little smirk on her face as if it were funny to her. I am having an anxiety attack right now in their dentist office (which I had an appointment for) and they can't even help a diabetic out over a mistake. I really hope I don't get sicker.

The whole dental office sucks ..Horrible service and long appointments wait ..the hole office is scam ..I went there for a cleaning after 3 months waiting the doctor said that she can’t do it today I’ll do it next time and my next appointment is for end of July and still no job in my mouth been done ..basically I went to my appointment to get X-rays and found out I have caries..WOMAN I ALREADY KNOW THAT ..not professional at all ..change doctor for that office..change the whole crew to be honest..
