Rebecca is my favorite worker there. She has always been pleasant and just a sweet lady . She's very helpful and does a excellent job.

Becky that works there is a wonderful person with a polite attitude. Our family does know her. A lot of time I think when buying tags people don't have all paper work or should I say all their business in order before going. I've never had anything but good experience there. But if I run into one that is just absolutely rude I'd say something right then. They do work for the public but they to deserve our respect to them. Think how many people they serve in Dyer Co. any one that has a vehicle and I'm sure that they have their fair share of rudeness.

Diane Moore refused to notarize a statement for me today bc it was for legal immigration documentation. When I bluntly asked her if it's bc of that her answer was "you're a smart woman". She told me to take it to another county and the she has the right to refuse to notarize anything she wants. Disgusting and terrible display of discrimination! Luckily a lady at our courthouse gladly did so for me. I am SO disappointed in learning that Ms. Moore is this type of person.

I always get in and get out quickly every time I renew my car tags. The people there are always friendly and take care of me in a timely manner. It's a joy to go there.

I have been trying to get a quote for sales tax and registration fees from this place but these ladies just do not go above and beyond to help a dealership out it's just extremly unprofessional. Utter disregard for customer service. They do not respond to emails and they just do not care
