The staff needs to be trained on patient confidentiality and stop screaming from the front window to the back of the office so the entire waiting room knows your business. Get off your bottom and walk to the office or walk up to the person you want to talk to in order to discuss patient needs. It is no one's business. It is a HIPPA violation.

I came here to get a replacement birth certificate a couple of months ago (we used this location due to being in the area from out of state) because I found out that you can go to any health department in the state if you were born in TN. I was so thrilled that there was no wait and the lady that helped me was so friendly and professional. There was a little hiccup in finding my certificate, but she was able to finally locate it using another method and all was well. Small town services are such personable experiences and this visit was a pleasure.
