Took a friend to get a COVID-19 vaccine for his appointment at 9:05 am and was informed that the appointment was changed and they left a message. They did not call. No message was left.

If I could give no stars I would. If you have literally any other option for reproductive health don't go here. The nurse practitioner is rude and demeaning to patients. She will argue with you, shame you for wanting birth control in the first place, and discourage you from long term FDA approved options. Apparently the health department in daviess county is pro teen pregnancy.

I'm pretty sure a lot of people who exit this building as satisfied as I did today do not leave a review. Well I want to leave a review to let management know that they have exceptional staff. Ived had woman procedures done by all of your nurse practitioners and nurses and they're all super nice, welcoming, and understanding. Mrs. Angie is the sweetest nurse I've ever met.
