I been one of their clients for a while now, their service is okay, but today I had minor inconvenience, because I had called to schedule an appointment for today a few days ago l, and I went but the front office lady said it wasn’t there , which is weird , I literally called and they even ask for my phone number to call and makes sure I didn’t forget ; they never called or anything. so I had to reschedule that appointment for another day, I just hope that doesn’t happen again, I can lose another day of work 😂.

I honestly wish I could give this facility no stars. I went in for my appointments today I had an appointment for a physical as well as a screening . Keep in mind that I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early, sure that I would need to fill out paper work. I was then called to the back before I even turned my paperwork in My first flag was the fact that I was greeted by not only the financial admin Denise but also the supervisor Ms Walt They then began to tell me that they wanted to get some things striaght out my financial situation Now I am currently unemployed staying in between places as I try to get my life back on track Their policy states that for proof of income I must provide either my 2016 tax report which let’s face it has nothing to do with 2017 physical year or a proof of income from my house hold and since I do not currently have a stable household this does not apply to me either. Seeing as policy was not on my side when I first called to make my appointments I asked them what if I am homeless because I do currently get food stamps. I was told if I was homeless they would have expected me to seek help from DSS. I said you know what that true let me go ahead and apply for family planning medicaid. So before I even walked into their office today I made sure I had done that Given I didn’t do it that much in advance only about two days ago I was told that I would be able to be put down a medicaid pending I should still be seen. They told me no that I would have to sign saying that I would need to pay 100 percent of cost Now I can understand employees must follow policy the thing I did not like was the feeling of being bullied and made to feel inferior and made felt that if I was not more cooperative that I would be denied services I will elaborate I asked if they saw all of their patients this why with both of them in the room Ms. Walt was hesitant and used the verbiage Sometimes Denise chimes in with grace bring a positive note that I called her in here to help me to see if there was anyway to better help your situation. Now remember I was called back before I even turned my paperwork back into Bryan so either they can read minds or they remember me from when I called and asked so many questions at the time I scheduled the appointment As I tried to explain myself because they kept asking me questions as if I was lying to them They kept talking over me When I would tell them that they were being rude Ms Walt would say actually I’m not I’m just trying to understand If you’ve made it this far in my story You can see that I speak very detailed and literate so I see no reason for misunderstand She then told me Now I do not remember ever word precisely which is the reason for lack of quotation Basically did I want to be seen or not because I was holding up the clinic This made me feel threatened thatbif I continued to voice my opinion or try to finish my story that they would no longer have time for me and I would be denied service even after I showed up to my 1 o’clock appointment early That was my time and there was no one else in the waiting room Once I asked her if this was what she was saying She told me to come with her and to me to a smaller office I’m guessing her personal one and told me I now how the floor And acted like she was not allowed to saying anything At this point I’m outraged by this ridiculous unprofessional situation that I have been put in. That I ask her why didn’t I have the floor in there I wonder was she scared to seem inferior to her peers or is she just try to prolong the situation in any other attempt to refuse services She ensures me that she just didn’t want to keep Denise from her job Not to mention she kept telling Denise to see next patient and the woman was confused because again there was no one else in the waiting room will continue in pictures

Uhm...I don't see any reviews for ENVIRONMENTAL health - all seem to be for Clinical. LOL The folks in the ENVIRONMENTAL health office are amazing, helpful, kind, and eager to walk you through the process of getting your septic or well permit. Like my experience with everyone in the Greene County government offices, it's always a pleasure.
