Rudest employee I have ever met. She did not give me a chance to completely explain everything about why I was there. She was cutting me off at least twice while trying to talk. She saw me struggling to get the door open while pushing a stroller and did not bother to help me. This place is a huge joke. I am terribly upset right now. I wouldn’t waste my time coming here.

Most of the front staff are severely lacking personality and professionalism. A young member of my family left crying because of the check in person being so rude.

There are A LOT of really bad reviews on this place. I have no clue where they are coming from. They were way faster than any doctor's office I've visited and it was quite busy when I showed up. The whole process was very quick and every employee I interacted with was kind and personable. The woman that drew my blood was fun and made me feel comfortable. I would be hard pressed to find a fault with my visit today.
