The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They are so disorganized and don’t know how they are supposed to do their own job. Clueless and unprofessional.

Tammy and her staff were very helpful even when I was calling from out of state. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate reaching out to them in the future when I had questions about processes involving the Hamilton County Clerk.

Every member of this staff has been unbelievably helpful to me over the past four years. Today it was Kim who went above and beyond to help sort out an issue, and I just couldn’t be more grateful. Excellence in public service!!

If I could have given 0 stars that's exactly what I would have done. Me and my husband went to pay his restitution for his court fees and they took our payment off of our debit card. She failed to inform us we had to pay it in collections. They Lady in the window didn't know what she was doing and we were unable to get our $30 dollar service fee back. She didn't inform us that our service fee was non-refundable.They treated us as if we were stupid because of our skin color. With the right skin color maybe we would have avoided this inconvenience. Be careful giving your hard earned dollars to these people, they have know sympathy!! 😭
