They got me in on very short notice (less then 4 hours) . They were punctual. I was waiting for maybe two minutes in the exam room before a doctor came in, ran some tests and left. After about five minutes they came back with the suspected diagnosis. And I was on my way to pickup my meds.

I filled out the request for a Covid vaccine, online, several weeks ago. I really didn't think I would get a response but thought, I tried. Within 10 minutes, I received acknowledgement of my request and 15 minutes later, I got a call from Natasha to schedule my first dose of Moderna. She also scheduled my girlfriend for the same time. We arrived early and went in the door to find NO LINE . Filled out the forms, got our shot and were out the door in less than 30 minutes. Awesome operation. Received a call 7 days before the second dose was due. This vaccination was to be given at Harnett Central High School at a Drive Thru facility. I was absolutely amazed at the smoothness of this operation. There were signs posted that were easy to follow. Turns were blocked off making it easier to get to the right spot. Lots of people directing traffic and checking paperwork. There were 3 lanes administering the vaccine. We were in line for about 20 minutes, got our vaccinations and were directed to park in a line to wait the 15 minutes required. I must say, this whole operation was the best planned I have ever seen. The planners and workers at the site deserve a huge pat on the back. The Harnett County Health Department is THE BEST. Thank you so much for your professionalism and dedication to caring for people.

Was able to get my kids' first dose of COVID-19 vaccination very easily and effectively. The nurses we encountered were wonderful, understanding, and got the job done. Even with a feisty, scared 5 year old! I'm extremely grateful for this valuable county resource!

My husband and I got both COVID vaccines here. For the first vaccine, I sent an email to the Harnett County Health Dept on Friday to get our names on a list. On Saturday morning I followed up with an email. We got a call on Monday afternoon with an appointment date and time. For the second shot, they called us without any prompting. They were very efficient. Staff was very friendly. In my opinion, it's the best place to go in Harnett County for the vaccines.

I went in to the Health Department to receive birth control since I recently moved in with my boyfriend and don't want children right now. I set up an appointment the week before and went in around 1 p.m. The staff was very friendly, informative, and helped me understand what they were doing and answered all my questions. They tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I received more help than I expected: the option of a shot or pills, answers, option for HIV/AIDS testing, pap smear exam, free condoms (I mean who doesn't like free condoms), free Calcium +vitamin D (to combat bone density loss). I am currently unemployed and the only one who works in the household is my partner. There was no cost for us. I recommend to anyone female or male to use this source or at least ask about it. The only negative thing I have to say is the waiting; we got there a little after 1:30 and left around 4. They close at 5. The waiting is understandable when there is a line which there was. Not terribly long, though, 10 people at the most. So I advise you to eat/take a snack before you go.
