STD screenings are completely free here. All you need is an ID to prove who you are. This is such a valuable asset to the community. GO GET TESTED. STOP THE SPREAD OF STD'S IN SANFORD! Only thing that sucks is the wait time prepare to wait a few hours depending on how busy they are. It's free so I cannot complain too much.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. This place is amazing. Everyone was kind and professional. I called to make an appointment and I had an appointment by the next day. I missed my appointment by a few minutes because I went to the wrong entrance (my fault) I was told on the phone to use the Hillcrest entrance. I did have to reschedule for three hours later but it was totally worth it!

I have been going there for 17 years and untill now I have NEVER had any conplaints. I went there today, and they not only raised their price by 75 dollars but also make you feel and treat you like a walking disease, I contracted the c word on July 8th and 5 days after I started to feel better I supposedly "tested positive", on July 19th all because I coughed. I have acid reflux so I cough rather a bit on a normal basis. Most of them are so up tight they need to pass out the chill pills!

My child needed a physical for sports and regular Dr. was booked. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and courteous the staff was there. For some reason, I thought the health department would be over crowded and not as cautious about confidentiality. My child told me they prefer to go back to that Dr.office than regular Dr. Received a shot and is now convinced that the shots hurt less! Not this year but two previous years we returned. The waiting area is large enough. You’re called back to the exam/ room through double doors. They were very respectful in not discussing anything related to to Identify the patient or reason for visit. It’s an older building but the service was superior to other Dr.’s with fancy offices! It was clean and if it can leave me without anything negative to say, definitely impressed!

Amazing staff. Courteous, friendly and very helpful! The process was painless and they make things like getting an appointment, getting to see someone in a timely manner, getting appointments when you are on a short timeline, as easy as possible. If they can make it work for you, they will! I tried in another county and they didn't even look at me or listen to me before saying "NO"! No care at all! Customer service like LCHD is almost unheard of "now-a-days"! Great place! I would love to work there!
