I pre-registered for the Covid vaccine Feb. 1. I was informed that I would have to call the designated number on March 9 to schedule as the pre-registration i completed now means nothing. Incompetence.

Cannot express what an awful experience I had here! I went in for an appointment for a procedure, and the nurse that was assigned to me completely botched it. I was then sent home in agonizing pain with no medication and told to come back the next day. They made me come back in the next day to see an actual doctor. He performed an ultrasound to see if everything was all right before he performed the procedure. There was nothing wrong with me. The nurse messed up royally. He was able to completed the procedure, and though he did it right, I was still in a ton of pain and had to go straight work. I had actually taken the first evening off work knowing I would be uncomfortable after the procedure, but I couldn’t takeoff two nights in a row so I had to go in to work while in extreme pain. They did not tell me how much I owed afterwards while at the clinic. Finally a bill comes in the mail and they wanted to charge me for the check up, the botched procedure, the ultrasound to check up on the botched procedure and charge me again for the successful procedure. (this information I share in retrospect, they did not share the itemized bill right off. I had to call and demand one. They did not want to even share that information with me.) It was truly a horrific time. So much pain for no reason. Fast forward a couple years and I am finally in a mental place to deal with the outstanding bill. When I contacted them, their records were false and inaccurate. There is no record of the nurse botching the procedure. They even tried to tell me that I didn’t come in the first day for the procedure, only for a check up. False! I wouldn’t go back here of my life depended on it.
