**I loved the older staff so much but most of them have retired. The ones that have retired or are close to retiring know that you all are missed and greatly appreciated because you all had wonderful customer service skills. You were all always so helpful, humble and kind. Such hard workers!** Update on previous review(deleted): Nicole, the director, is reaching out to anyone that may have been transferred out and giving us the option to return to receive wic services in Troy if we wish. She is professional and very kind. Definitely the type of personality and character to be in a career that involves helping others. If anyone was transferred out and wishes to return to Troy for services just contact the office. Thank you Nicole! Really appreciate your hospitality, knowledge and professionalism.
