Came for a TB test and the whole staff was extremely helpful and nice! The facility is clean and everything ran smoothly. I came in at 9:30 and was out by 10. They were also great with my 3 year old who came along with me.

Danielle! The supervisor who works there now 5/14/26 Is very Rude! I called for diapers she said she couldn't help me but only one time a month. They will tell you to call a different resource if you need help twice in a month. ITS an emergency service! She belittle me on the phone the entire time and argued. She said I was going to be stuck dealing with a rude woman who didn't to want help me. Refuse to let me talk to someone else so I would get actual help. If she doesn't like to help people and she will argue if she doesn't feel like helping you. I think maybe if she can't handle the public or people. Maybe she dont need to have a job in customer services or the publics eye. When I came in to pick his diapers up after I had to deal with that negative experience on the phone. Well I went inside to get my diaper for the baby and she said I could have the bag so I went to grab it. And she said wait you need to talk to Danielle. I was wondering why? Then she tells me shes coming. She gets to the windows and she starts arguing with me about how Melindy is so nice and she would never talk to you like that. I just want his diaper but I have to listen to her first. Tell me about the same woman who's rude to me is such a good person. Then tell me how i am lucky she switched me back to Alex the sweet one because she never likes to do that for anyone.
