This public health office is very new, nice and clean. Jeanette was very friendly and informative on the phone and in person. The office offers free masks as well as condoms. I noticed cameras as well as locked doors for security of staff and patients. My husband was there for some immunizations and the nurse Julie was very sweet, informative, and talked my husband through the whole process because he was very nervous. I would definitely recommend this office. The immunizations were free and we definitely appreciate it. Thank you very much Hays County Public Health Department for all you do for your patients and for the community. Also I want to mention that both were bilingual speaking English/ Spanish and the forms we had to fill out were in both languages as well. Recomiendo esta clínica al 100% la secretaria y la enfermera son muy amables y las dos hablan español.
