They’re rude and not accommodating at all. Both my husband and I heard my appt time as 11:40. But they scheduled it for 10:40. I showed up thinking I was 20 minutes early and find out I’m actually 40 minutes lates. I was only there for a pregnancy test it would have taken 10 minutes but they were apparently all leaving to lunch 40 minutes before 12 and could not see me. All my information was up to date all I needed was to pee on a fricking stick so I could start applying for health insurance so I could get in and see an actual doctor. Now I have to wait another week before I even have a ride back up there and can get a test done. Oh and did I mention there wasn’t a single other person in the lobby? Completely empty.

Very rude here. These employees have no kind of professionalism. This place needs to retrain there employees. Also when I was there the door was left open as people walked by they looked in, I felt like the hippa law was violated.
