Very horrible experience every time we come here. The wait is just uncalled for. They let someone go before us that came in after us if they were late why put them ahead of my appointment which then made our late. I’m very unhappy with even dealing with this place.

Are y’all closed 12pm to 1pm for lunch? Why are we rushed out during that hour for their lunch? If they are closed then the door should be locked and the hours listed as closed, the desk ladies tawanna and Shirley always have an attitude, it takes forever to get anything done at this location it’s always a dread to go in this facility and I can not stand going to this place!
