The lady that gave me my covid test this morning was the worse, most unprofessional person that I have ever ever dealt with in my entire 67 years of life. She shoved her swab so far up my nostril and kept pushing so hard, I was in tears. There is no reason to hurt a person. It still hurts really bad and it has been over two hrs later. Why??? I think I may have permanent damage. What else can I do besides letting future patients know of the abuse that is happening? No reason. No reason at all to hurt a person. This happened in the drive thru covid testing. Horrible, simply HORRIBLE abusive treatment.

Hendricks county health department needs to open up offices in Avon Plainfield & Brownsburg to better service residents & veterans especially those who are disabled or have no transportation to go to Danville! Also they never answer the phones to ask questions you hope the call you back if they call you back! Hendricks County government does a poor job for the tax payers. We have 3 of the fastest growing community without a local health department make it make sense
