Service is terrible!! The recepcionist deserves 3 stars because she is helpful and promptly refers you to the right person ..... once you are passed with another person or department they make you wait a long time. Their prices are a bit less compared to other providers but if you are in a rush for exam results don't go here, the results could take 2 weeks to be ready. If you call and leave messages they don't call back. On top of the slow process I needed an additional certified copy of my exam to resolve a legal matter and their response was that I needed to schedule a NEW medical exam, pay the full fee again and wait the 2 week wait period!! Forget it, If I have to pay again I rather pay a few extra bucks and save myself some grief somewhere else

It’s terrible attention to client!!! We were waiting for an answer to our call only to be mocked because of our pronunciation! We asked for a response in Spanish, but they just kept putting us on hold, and the same rude person kept answering again! If you call to schedule an appointment or ask any question, be prepared to be treated like an animal, with absolutely no respect! It feels like the receptionists and call takers have no humanity or understanding for patients at all! If I could give negative stars, I definitely would!
