Called online to check on a permit status - couldn't get a hold of anyone on multiple days and different times of day. At this point I wonder if they use movie prop land lines... Went in person to make an inquiry and was told to proceed to a different floor, desk lady on that floor wanted to send me back to previous floor. The person who was responsible for checking on status was out - desk lady didn't have another person to reach out to and was unaware of when the person responsible for checking permit statuses would be available. Make you own conclusions.
