This office makes everything so much more complicated than it needs to be. Go to any other city if possible. Very unprofessional, taking personal phone calls while talking to you, giving inconsistent information about materials that you’ll need to make certain filings even if you call ahead of time, and arguing with you over never having received electronic materials when you have the confirmation numbers. Just overall so frustrating here.
