CHANGE YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE!!! I needed to get a birth certificate. I drove all the way here from denver indiana. Their message machine says 8am-4pm. So I showed up at 3:45 and they told me "they always stop at 3:30" and after being rude to me, sent me away with a paper. They could have apologized for the misinformation and helped me anyways (it takes like less than 5 minutes to do) Another lady came in at the same time as I, and she also recieved the same treatment.

Very quick, less than a week to send info, mail time included, I requested. Was expecting it to take weeks or months. Very impressive, considering most gov’t ran entities.

Whoever was working 6/13/2924 at 3:30 pm was extremely unprofessional. We’d been calling since 11am in regards to our child’s birth certificate and what we needed to obtain a copy. After a certain point we left a message. The person working called back, was extremely rude then hung up without helping us. Waste of time. When she rudely called back she didn’t give us a name, but when I had called separately from my husband, the employee answered and stated her name was Michelle.
