Prepare to waste an hour of your life here to register your vehicle with people who have zero clue what they are doing. I called a week prior to my 20 day plates expiration date to ask if my wife could register the vehicle for me and what she will need to transfer her old vanity plates to the new vehicle. I was told the blue form from the dealer and she will have to write her name releasing the plate to me. She gets there and it's an entirely different story now we need the old registration, we lose the credit from the other plate because I wasn't the primary etc. It's always a disaster going here even when you call first to find out exactly what you need. Then they get rude when you're frustrated because you were told something completely different. I loath buying a new car because I know I'll have to deal with this nightmare.

Working for a dealership in MA brings me to new hampshire city clerks office quite often. It's always a pleasure to visit the Hudson office as I know the process will be speedy and efficient. Eve is the best! And look forward to my next visit.

Came all the way from MA to get the car register for a customer, Heather over the counter is sooo friendly, helpful, she is so pro-active to ask me if I need any help before I realize she is there! She made the process so stress-free, and made me rule like home. Great job, have a happy holiday, god bless you, Heather
