I ordered my certified birth certificate on September 26th 2021. I paid an extra fee to have it expedited. I was told it should arrive by October 19th. As of today, November 12th is is not here. I spoke to Rhonda today and she stated that once the order arrives it is placed in the mail the same day, it must be lost in the mail. She suggested that I have it sent certified next time. I have to pay for something twice which is not my fault.
