Incompetent. No thank you. Went to meet my new Dr. to "establish care" to be told my appt was scheduled at 1, not 1:30 (I double confirmed 1:30 with the appt setter due to another appt I had to go to earlier in the day) and was told they "trird contactimg me" but when she asked my number, again, the appt setter had it wrong. Was told "she'll see if they can still see me". Nah.... too incompetent to put my health in your care.

I went here for both my COVID vaccinations and found the staff to be courteous, helpful and competent. The folks who work in Public Health Departments everywhere are invariably doing a difficult, and often thankless, job with inadequate resources. They deserve our support and respect.
