Everyone in the register of deeds was very pleasant and kind easy to talk to and very helpful. Tax office staff also very helpful to make a call for us. Thank you all. How to cover back for the mum's festival.

I have been having problems getting certified copy of my birth certificate. On the state level it was a nightmare. Last week I was fortunate to have gotten Beth Scott to help me. Not your average government worker. Beth was so personable and patient with my old self. She walked me through the steps to order my birth certificate on line. Apparently there was a glitch in payment part. I called today and Beth happened to answer and remembered me. Once again she walked me through the payment process and walked it over to person in charge of processing so confirmed it will process today. Beth also stated she will mail it today. Beth went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for doing a tremendous job. Sincerely, Chris O'Hanion

Our daughter’s legitimatization was sent off in December or January. We’ve been told multiple times that it will arrive and that it is processing but an agent told us that ones submitted after ours have already been returned. We’ve been waiting for over 6 months and it is completely unacceptable! We have called multiple times with absolutely zero results.

Super nice staff. They didn't have what I went for but that was not THEIR fault.
